In this capacity, you will be instrumental in enhancing our ability to monitor configurations, pinpoint issues, and aid developers in executing corrective measures.

Furthermore, you will assist during user evaluations, ensuring that participants experience a seamless and productive process.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Quality Assurance:
Evaluate software releases for defects and regressions to support the development team
Facilitate user assessments and studies during small-scale pilot programs

User Testing Support:
Manage the inventory of testing devices (approximately 30 units)
Address user-related issues (intake, debugging information, unit exchanges)
Collect and synthesize feedback

Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with respect to user interactions and interfaces
Proficient typing skills with accuracy (30+ WPM)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with MacOS and internal OS release protocols
Comfortable performing OS installations, including terminal usage
Capable of scripting and developing simple utilities to enhance workflows

Preferred Skills:
Experience in data analysis using tools such as JMP, Matlab, or Excel
Awareness of design principles and human factors

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model (onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday)

Contract Duration: 4 months
