Job Description

As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will be expected to:

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service, demonstrating a positive attitude and genuine care for our guests.
• Maintain Operational Efficiency: Prepare and serve products according to Dunkin' Brands' guidelines, maintaining speed and accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work cooperatively with team members, respecting and supporting each other, and actively participating in coaching and feedback sessions.
• Ensure Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for our guests.
• Foster Continuous Learning: Embrace training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, enabling personal and professional growth.
• Show Flexibility: Maintain schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the restaurant's operational demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Restaurant Crew Member, you should possess:

• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Lifting and Standing: Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Positive Attitude: Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor, operating with honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented mindset.
• Dependability: Show a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to fulfill commitments.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with others, valuing teamwork and demonstrating openness to coaching and feedback.
