Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Specialist

At JAG Physical Therapy, we're seeking a highly skilled Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in a morning shift position.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient care and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal recovery and functional independence.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy. Experience with EMR software is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record patient care data, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans, and communication with the interdisciplinary team.
- Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history, researching unfamiliar diagnoses, and selecting and administering tests and measures.
- Formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plans of care based on evaluation results.
- Establish treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and assess and re-assess the need for modifications to plans of care and goals.
- We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in, with completed CEU requirements and valid CPR license.
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software is preferred, but not required.
