The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. As a non-profit organization, Ascension Seton offers competitive compensation packages, including benefits and retirement plans.

Job Description

This role involves coordinating payer denials and appeals, reviewing medical records for accuracy, and ensuring timely handling of insurance carrier audit requests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
  • Experience with electronic medical records and chart auditing preferred
