Job Summary

The Travel Nurse & Allied Healthcare Recruiter is a valued member of our team, responsible for exploring the best ways to meet the needs of our traveling nurses and supporting their needs during work assignments. This role requires a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through various tools and platforms
  • Help candidates find the right job, facility, and location that suits their needs
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Represent OneStaff Medical's high standards outwardly to all partners and potential travelers
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sales, account management, service industry, or a similar role with a focus on relationship-building
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Superb PC skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
