We are seeking a highly skilled Bath Operations Specialist to join our team at BlueWave Ventures. As a Specialist for Bath Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bath facilities, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of water quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bath operations, water treatment, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and Maintaining Water Quality: Ensuring that our bath water meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Conducting Swimming Lessons: Providing expert instruction and guidance to our guests, promoting a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.
  • Enforcing Bath Rules and Regulations: Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our guests, enforcing our bath rules and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performing Technical Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs to our bath facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and communication with guests and staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Professional Training in Bath Operations: A recognized qualification in bath operations, water treatment, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Modern Bath Technology: A strong understanding of the latest technologies and techniques used in bath operations, including water treatment, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise information and instructions.
  • High Mental Resilience: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of mental resilience.
