About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Brightli. As a member of our clinical practice team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing stewardship activities, developing policies for drug purchasing and usage, and participating in pharmacy operations and medication dispensing. This role requires a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procedures for medication management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain proficiency in hospital computer systems and medication ordering systems.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry developments related to clinical pharmacy practice.

Education and Experience:
A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice are required. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field or those with experience in leadership roles.
