Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Concierge to join our team at Brio Living Services. As a Home Care Concierge, you will provide non-certified, participant-focused, non-clinical home care supports as directed by the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 supervision of assigned participants, facilitating diversional activities and redirection when needed.
  • Conduct light home making, including dishes, sweeping, and general tidying.
  • Prepare meals for participants when necessary.
  • Ride along with participants on the bus when needed, to their home, PACE Center, or external visits.
  • Provide coverage in the Day Center when requested.
Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid MI driver's license.
  • One year of experience working with the frail elderly, long-term care population, or end-of-life care is preferred.
