Bellstand Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellstand Attendant to join our team at JW Marriott Tampa Water Street. As a Bellstand Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Assist guests with luggage, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
