- As a Dishwasher at Bowlero, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas. Your duties will include cleaning all equipment, operating the automatic dishwasher, and ensuring all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area. Additionally, you will be responsible for restocking all bottled beverages in the bar cooler and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all equipment, including grills, ovens, ranges, griddles, and prep surfaces
- Operate the automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed
- Ensure all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area
- Restock all bottled beverages in the bar cooler
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
