We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a contract, 5x8 days position. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with various rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Rehabilitation
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice
