Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for individuals who enjoy leading, selling, and closing deals. While we provide comprehensive training on the RV business and our unique sales methodology, we expect candidates to bring enthusiasm, determination, and a strong desire to succeed.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior management experience in the RV or automotive dealership sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience within the RV or automotive industry.
  • A proven track record of managing high sales volumes.
  • Finance experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
