About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Assistant at Franklin Chevrolet. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dealership, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
  • Operate machinery to clean the showroom floor, dust the entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.
  • Empty trash and garbage containers, and perform minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role or janitorial/maintenance position.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, and eagerness to improve.
  • Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
