At Walmart, we are seeking a skilled optometrist to join our team as an independent practice owner. As a leading provider of eye and vision care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient services and taking charge of your own practice within our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients in our stores.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medical history.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in optometry.

• A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• A W-9 form.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
