- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Minimum 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience.
- PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
- Current AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH certification.
- Ability to work at least every other holiday.
- AUTO OFFER
- Government-Issued Photo ID required.
- Modules need to be completed prior to start.
