Luxury Jewelry Concierge

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to enhance the luxury shopping experience at our Addison, IL store location.

The ideal candidate will warmly greet customers, assist the store team in creating a memorable experience, and foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Engage: Welcome new and returning customers with a personalized touch.
• Customer Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' past experiences and preferences.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with the Customer Sales Associate to cultivate strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Requirements:
