Mobility Project Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals in Eugene, OR. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining patients to develop a plan of care using treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services to clients and patients
  • Perform physical therapy examinations, including patient/client history, systems review, and tests and measures to identify potential and existing problems
  • Establish diagnoses, prognoses, and plans of care
  • Implement components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the patient/client or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort
  • Conduct re-examinations and modify interventions as necessary to achieve anticipated goals and expected outcomes
  • Develop and implement discharge plans
  • Focus on providing the highest quality treatment that allows for excellent patient outcomes
  • Assess patient condition using knowledge of basic anatomy, biomechanics, human physiology, and pathology
  • Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions, modalities, and home exercise programs
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants according to state guidelines
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist or License Applicant Status
  • Current CPR certification
