Patisserie Specialist

Lyla's Cafe is seeking a skilled Patisserie Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for creating a variety of pastries and breads that meet the high standards of our customers.

We are a busy cafe dedicated to serving high-quality food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience with us.

The estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. This rate is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of skill and responsibility required for the role.

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and breads according to recipe specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines and achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly

• 1-2 years' experience in a bakery or related environment
• Strong understanding of pastry preparation and baking techniques
• Able to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
