Requirements- Illinois Licensure - Be fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process.
- BC or BE within 3 Years - Have completed your residency within the past 3 years.
- Unencumbered DEA - Hold an unencumbered DEA license.
- Experience in Child and Adolescent Populations - Have experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
