Job Title: Part-Time EMT

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time EMT to join our team at AMR Corp. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive EMT protocols.
  • Utilize your EMT skills on medical equipment and procedures to provide advanced medical care.
  • Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
  • Act as EMT team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
  • Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.

As a Part-Time EMT, you will work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • State EMT License
  • State Driver's License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy
  • Pass Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
