About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Porter to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a Bar Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the bar areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain adequate levels of bar supplies and equipment as required
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the bar areas, including the removal of empty or soiled articles
  • Complete all established bar setup duties in a timely manner
  • Perform work assignments directed by the bartender or beverage management
  • Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures to ensure that bars and related equipment remain clean, sanitary, and odor-free at all times
  • Promote positive public/employee relations at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred
Work Environment

The Bar Porter will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with exposure to casino-related environmental factors including second-hand smoke and excessive noise. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English and be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
