About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager with Michael Page, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects. This includes reviewing blueprints, customer needs, and contractor submissions to execute appropriate bids. You will lead the team in construction project planning and developing site logistics, maintaining strong relationships with municipalities for potential future business. Additionally, you will schedule on-site inspections, review bids for work, and supervise the inspection of work. You will also ensure all proper signage is posted on the construction job site and all safety requirements are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with job investors and maintain a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day field activities.
  • Review blueprints, customer needs, and contractor submissions to execute appropriate bids.
  • Lead the team in construction project planning and developing site logistics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with municipalities for potential future business.
  • Schedule on-site inspections as needed.
  • Review all bids for work and supervise the inspection of work.
  • Ensure all proper signage is posted on the construction job site and all safety requirements are met.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
  • OSHA certified.
  • Experience leading and scheduling integrated teams.
  • Multi-family, ground-up, or TI required.
  • Proficiency in Procore.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • True leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or one similar).
