Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Electrical Engineer to join our team in Roy, Utah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced electrical systems for our Sentinel program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex technical requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Evaluate and translate user needs into testable system functional, performance, and interface requirements.
  • Define system architecture and decompose system-level requirements to test sets, network interfaces, and human-machine interfaces.
  • Perform trade studies for make/buy decisions and mentor junior engineers on the team.
  • Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in STEM; 10 years with a Master's; 8 years with a PhD.
  • US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
  • LabVIEW development experience.
  • Ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Experience working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
  • Experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Products including Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources.
