Merchandiser - Oahu

Johnson Brothers, a leading national family-owned wine, spirits, and beer distributor, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining accounts on the island, ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked effectively, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Travel throughout assigned territory to service accounts and ensure that our products are displayed and stocked effectively.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, and in stock to ensure that our products are readily available to customers.
• Fill shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate with Sales Consultants regarding changes in buyer's preferences, out-of-stock inventory, and any concerns or situations encountered during business hours.
• Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship with retailers by upholding Johnson Brothers' corporate values, providing excellent customer service, and demonstrating a can-do attitude.
• Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Work experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, or liquor store experience, is a plus.
• Goal and results-oriented with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented with professional written and oral communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
• Must live in or near the area of the territory for best servicing accounts.
