CNA Role Overview

Cedars Healthcare Center is seeking an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
  • Respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff
  • Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certificate in the state of CO
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
  • Genuine love for seniors

  • Competitive salary $19.50 - $24.70+ DOE
  • Hiring/retention bonus $750 for part-time (paid out as employment requirements are met)
