PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Under the guidance of the Suite Manager and Supervisory staff, this role is accountable for delivering prompt, efficient, and precise service to enhance the dining experience of our patrons.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain a cheerful, positive demeanor and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
2. Arrive punctually for scheduled events and proceed to designated areas without delay.
3. Execute opening and closing responsibilities as outlined by management.
4. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service in accordance with Legends' service protocols.
5.
Consistently and effectively attend to dining needs, including clearing tables, replenishing beverages, restocking side stations, and polishing utensils and glassware.
6. Deliver food promptly and efficiently to all dining guests.7. Follow Legends' Sequence of Service during guest interactions.
8. Collaborate closely with servers and bartenders to ensure exceptional service for guests.
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
10. Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Management.
11. Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
12. Complete tasks assigned by management successfully.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred; orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude and enjoy engaging with people.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Capability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Must consistently present a positive demeanor and provide excellent guest service.
- Able to make decisions and evaluations independently.
- Willingness to accept and execute responsibilities as directed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions are required. Must be able to perform standard lifting of stock, up to 50 lbs.
