As a key member of our esthetics department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, training and mentoring our esthetic team, and contributing to the overall success of our spa.

• Oversee and assist in the management of the esthetics department, ensuring high-quality services and exceptional client experiences.
• Responsible for achieving esthetics and retail sales goals, driving revenue growth and increasing client satisfaction.
• Train, monitor, and coach the performance of the esthetic team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Assist with planning events and promotions, helping to drive business growth and increase client engagement.
