POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Operations Associate operates under direct supervision, engaging in various warehouse functions (e.g., packing, picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory counting) across multiple locations, while also performing additional warehouse support tasks. The role involves executing at least one warehouse function effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute various tasks such as unloading, picking, packing, counting, and verifying items.
  • Input and retrieve information using an ERP system.
  • Utilize pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport or lift products within the warehouse.
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counting processes.
  • Accurately assess quantities of materials, equipment, or supplies.
  • Maintain and monitor data record documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse role.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds.
  • Competent math and reading skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated good judgment.
  • Dependability and reliability are essential.
  • Experience with ERP systems, work orders, and/or warehouse management systems is advantageous (Syteline preferred).
  • Consistent attendance and reliability are crucial, particularly for consideration of advancement to the next level of Warehouse Clerk.
  • A valid CA Driver License and proof of automobile insurance are required.
