We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our multifamily project portfolio in the Southeast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and maintain a pulse on project activities
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations, including labor and subcontractors
  • Maintain positive relationships with owners, design consultants, and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction regulations and utility company requirements
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage quality control programs
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules and manage financial aspects of the project
  • Resolve day-to-day field issues and prepare daily reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent
  • Experience with wood-frame, multifamily construction required
  • Proven consistent work history and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction management or a related field is preferred

A competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 + $140,000, and a strong project pipeline.
