Key Responsibilities
  • Housing Management: Coordinate the preparation of housing for incoming participants, including stocking with essential items and ensuring keys are available.
  • Arrival Coordination: Arrange for airport or bus station pickups at scheduled times, ensuring a smooth transition for our participants.
  • Weekly Scheduling: Develop and distribute weekly schedules for shopping, groceries, and personal items, ensuring participants have everything they need.
  • Cultural Activities: Plan and schedule cultural activities, such as sporting events, theme parks, and theater productions, to enhance the participant experience.
  • Transportation Coordination: Arrange for transportation to events using our company van, ensuring safe and timely arrivals.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, addressing their needs, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employment Support: Assist with employment-related tasks, such as bank account setup, drug screenings, and Social Security Office coordination.
  • Language Support: Provide language support, with Spanish being a preferred skill.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fourth-year college or university program certificate or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
