Caregiver Opportunity in Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit setting. As a PCU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret electronic displays
- Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology
You should be prepared to perform a variety of tasks, including providing basic bedside care, stabilizing critical cardiac patients, changing dressings, inserting catheters, and administering medication.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; current RN license in good standing
- 1-2 years recent acute care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, paid biweekly at $4,615 per paycheck. This is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The job requires 12-hour shifts, working nights.
