Aurora Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Educator and Mentor to join our team. As a key member of our educational department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead courses in generalist training for nursing professionals or training for nursing assistants.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to trainees, providing guidance and support in acquiring competencies.
- Prepare, conduct, evaluate, and follow up on final exams and learning assessments.
- Contribute to the development of curricular and pedagogical topics.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in nursing (e.g. nursing education, nursing management, nursing science, health education, social work, healthcare education, medical education) and a completed vocational training in healthcare and nursing, pediatric nursing, or geriatric nursing.
- Excellent communication skills, social competence, and interest in innovative and alternative approaches.
