Vestis is seeking a skilled Load Builder Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building loads one day ahead, following load building guidance, and ensuring that merchandise meets specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become familiar with load sheets and build loads according to route and day requirements.
  • Follow load building guidance and ensure that loads are built efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and segregate mats that do not meet quality requirements, including stains, gum stains, rips, tears, holes, or if wet.
  • Monitor merchandise not meeting specified quality standards and take corrective action as needed.
  • Maneuver full and empty carts safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy carts and merchandise.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count and calculate quantities.
