ActionLink is in search of a committed and meticulous Reset Merchandiser to contribute to our efforts. In this position, you will travel to designated large electronics retail outlets to carry out store resets, install and troubleshoot displays, update planograms, and ensure optimal product arrangement. Your contributions will help maintain visually appealing and well-organized retail environments that align with brand standards.
We are a leading provider of retail merchandising solutions, focusing on the consumer electronics industry. We collaborate with prominent big box electronics retailers to enhance store layouts and product displays, improving customer experiences and boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to assigned large electronics retail locations to execute store resets and merchandising duties.
- Implement planograms and schematics to guarantee accurate placement of electronic merchandise.
- Modify and rearrange product displays to maximize visual appeal and accessibility.
- Ensure all electronic items are adequately stocked, priced, and labeled.
- Conduct inventory assessments and report any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace during resets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries from store personnel or customers.
- Document and report completed tasks, including before-and-after images of resets.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols while on-site.
- Compensation: The wage range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience.
- W2 employment with a biweekly pay schedule and direct deposit.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment - earn rewards for recognition and referring talented individuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the electronics sector.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and move electronic merchandise, fixtures, and displays, while standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as necessary.
- Access to hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, work gloves, cordless drill, and battery charger.
- Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
- Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
