We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at Tru Medical Management in New York City. As a member of our esteemed practice, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes health and satisfaction.

Your RoleIn this pivotal position, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough history and physical examinations to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
- Diligently documenting patient visits in electronic medical records to ensure accurate and timely information
- Educating patients on their health conditions in a clear and concise manner, fostering understanding and empowerment
- Frequent follow-ups with patients to optimize condition management and improve outcomes
- Utilizing your support team to efficiently complete standing orders and enhance patient care
- Ordering diagnostic tests based on assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and prescribing medications as needed
- Making referrals when necessary and consulting with supervising medical providers when required
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to strict standards of professionalism
- Participating in regular meetings to share knowledge, address challenges, and promote collaborative growth
- Working harmoniously with other members of the medical team to deliver seamless patient care
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- A completed accredited NP/MD/DO program and registration by the NYS Department of Education
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or MD/DO, preferably in a similar setting
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly those from under-served communities
- A proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- eClinicalWorks experience is highly valued, but not mandatory
- Bilingual Spanish language proficiency is required
