Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse in our Traumatic Brain Injury Unit plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting recovery. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and assessing patient responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement clinical pathways and care coordination.
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting self-care and independence.
- BSN degree preferred
- State-issued RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical experience
