We are currently seeking a highly motivated DevOps Specialist to join our team at The Hagerty Group, LLC.

  • The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions.
  2. Automate repetitive tasks using scripts and tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and application performance.
  4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our development workflows.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and automation tools.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Docker).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
