Job Title: Data Science and Analytics Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Science and Analytics Leader to join our Marketing Solutions team at Curinos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our suite of Analytical Marketing Solutions in the consumer banking vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with business and technical leaders to shape engagements with our clients
* Establish and evangelize best practices in experimentation and influence internal and external stakeholders in maturing their experimentation mindset
* Influence internal and external stakeholders in the rigorous application of statistical, machine learning, and AI approaches to ensure correct measurement of business outcomes
* Translate business objectives into technical requirements and partner with product, engineering, and applied ML teams to drive their repeatable and scalable productization

Requirements:

* 10+ years' experience in managing enterprise customers in the correct application of machine learning and data science in consumer-facing SaaS products
* Knowledge of statistical inference, experiment design, probability, sampling methodologies, regression, classification, clustering, data mining, time series analysis, causal inference analysis, and deep learning techniques
* Working knowledge of SQL and Python-based machine learning frameworks and experience working with large datasets in a cloud setting
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence others towards data-driven business goals
