Senior Vice President of Consumer Experience and Innovation

As a Senior Vice President at Under Armour, you will be responsible for leading the organization in developing and implementing an overall strategic direction to deliver differentiated consumer experiences.
This role focuses on optimizing end-to-end experiences and is the evangelist of the continued transformation to a data-driven organization. You will ensure consistency in building brand love and a culture of consumer centricity.
The position oversees the Voice of the Consumer, Consumer Journey, Design Thinking, Consumer Insights, and Consumer Analytics. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Consumer Officer of Under Armour.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the current structure and talent to build an organization model that supports single point solutions, removes friction, and drives accountability tailored to meet the consumer.
- Lead the integration efforts of consumer learnings, insights, and research to drive a holistic approach that informs the consumer journey through connection and world-class experiences across the globe.
- Partner closely with executive leadership globally and regionally to identify and problem-solve opportunities for the consumer.
- Act as a principal facilitator to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the organization with key stakeholders by integrating consumer experience technology, services, programs, and structure to deliver brand love.
You will develop tangible solutions to accomplish strategic visions requiring significant organization-wide coordination and facilitation. The role leads consumer experience-driven plans, solutions, and infrastructure connecting the dots digitally and supporting cross-platform functionality.
You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for reporting, leadership engagement, and action planning to inform user consumer experience improvements, opportunities, and future business decisions. Provides visionary leadership for performance improvement and quality initiatives to achieve goals.
Candidates must have strong business acumen, with the ability to drive change in a large, complex organization with matrix reporting relationships. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale initiatives with significant impact across the organization is essential.
