We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Core Treatment Services Incorporated. As a Compassionate Mental Health Clinician, you will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering positive outcomes and enhancing overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and treatment needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and diagnosis.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' goals and objectives.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards treatment goals and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team, including medical personnel, social workers, and case managers.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in outpatient care.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficiency in implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
