Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare rooms for new guests, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and replenishing supplies.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Adhere to established cleaning and maintenance procedures, including the use of cleaning agents and equipment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs, as well as stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments.
