Pharmacy Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacists in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
