Job Summary

Lumber Contacts, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Frame Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customers' needs and selling framing and building materials products necessary to complete the job.

The successful candidate will travel throughout their assigned territory to call on prospective customers and solicit window orders. They must be comfortable presenting and demonstrating product features, taking measurements to ensure an accurate quoting process, and having a good working knowledge of building codes and structural requirements for new home construction.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years outside window, framing, or lumber sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Compensation will be based on experience and client-base.

About the Role

  • Identify and sell framing and building materials products to customers
  • Travel to assigned territory to call on prospective customers
  • Present and demonstrate product features
  • Take measurements for accurate quoting
  • Have a good working knowledge of building codes and structural requirements
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years outside window, framing, or lumber sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude

Salary Information

We estimate that the salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
