The Position: 1st Shift Production Associate

Our Production Associates are the backbone of our production team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for inspecting parts for defects, communicating production and quality issues with colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of scrap and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly inspect each part for defects and quality issues.
  • Communicate production and quality concerns with colleagues during regular meetings.
  • Record scrap and data accurately, following established work instructions.
  • Ensure products are properly packaged and shipped.
  • Adhere to all internal and OSHA-mandated safety procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting or lowering objects up to 35 pounds.
  • Frequent reaching above, below, and forward.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and crouching.
Working Conditions:
  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme heat and vibration.
  • Typically moderate noise levels.
  • Possible requirement to work outside for short periods.
