- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging services, including quality control measures and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related modality.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
