Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned and in accordance with their care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the supervisor, and implement interventions as directed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Follow established infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
