The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our Jersey City, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in repair/restoration, with additional experience in high-rise/building facades being a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various types of inspections, testing, and produce plans, specifications, and reports for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage internal kick-off, milestone, and closeout meetings for projects.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, documenting existing conditions, performing field testing, and creating hand-sketches.
  • Prepare written correspondence with clients and contractors, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand investigation reports and bid documents, including drawings and technical specifications, to ensure accurate interpretation and project status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from a four-year college or university.
  • Four plus years of experience in the architectural/engineering consulting industry.
  • Professional Engineer license required.
  • OSHA-10 Certification - NJ.
