About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
• Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the property's features and benefits.
• Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
• Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
• Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• Education: Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
