The Floater Pharmacist is a key member of our pharmacy team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of pharmaceutical care across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized attention to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Maintain the integrity of pharmacy operations, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to drive growth, development, and education
- Support the pharmacy manager in overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, counseling, and supervision
- Stay up-to-date on new drugs and developments in pharmacy practice through ongoing education and professional development
- Operate a personal vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Travel to assigned locations within the designated region to perform job duties
- BS in Pharmacy and/or PharmD Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active and in good standing pharmacist license issued by the Board of Pharmacy of the state(s) in which you are practicing
- Preceptor by the State Board of Pharmacy
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pharmacy retail experience a plus
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform all other physical aspects of the job, including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, standing, and walking for 8-12 hour periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel extensively within the designated region
- Immunization certification from an accredited organization within the first 90 days
- Active CPR certification within the first 90 days
