- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct in-service education and training to healthcare personnel and families to promote education and professional knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to identify changes in patient conditions and communicate those changes to the appropriate supervisor.
